Wednesday

I didn't have time to walk yesterday, but I did it anyway.  I walked 5K in 47:35 with the miles at 15:33, 15:32, and 15:00.

Day 33 of South Beach Diet:
Breakfast: turkey lunch meat and a V8
Lunch: ground sirloin with no fat refried beans, low fat cheese, and some salsa
Dinner: hotdog with no bun (at swim meet), pepperoni, cheddar cheese squares
Snack: 2 healthy choice fudge bars, 2 tbl spoons of natural peanut butter
Drinks: water all day, 1 Sprite Zero

A busy day full of preparing for vacation, taking kids to volleyball and baseball camp, and a swim meet.  Somehow we got it all done by 1am.  Whew!
