Morning walk

I got up early and walked in the morning today.  And good thing, too.  The day ended up incredibly crazy and busy and I would not have gotten a walk in otherwise.

I did a 5K in 45:44 and the miles were 15:20, 14:35, and 14:28. 

Day 21 of South Beach Diet:
Breakfast: V8 (5.5oz) and a hard boiled egg
Lunch at Cap City: a cup of black bean and steak chili and salad with blue cheese crumbles, no dressing
Snack: didn't get one today
Dinner:  half a small steak and most of an avocado
Drinks: iced tea at lunch and water the rest of the day
